Epinions pays you based on two parameters. First is number of pageviews your review generates and second is income sharing which means if they make money directly as a result of other reviews, you too make money.
Everthing can not be so positive, so whats not so hot. To be true, most of the product is available only to US members. And second is international members need minimum $100 to cash out, while US members have an option to cash out at $10. So for international members, it will take long time to get accumulated $100 before they can get paid.

On an overall basis I am not so confident to say that Epinions is the best way to make money online. But since there are thousands of products to choose from, good quality pieces of information and viewpoints about anything you can get yourself a decent little income. So you should give a try.
