Similarly large Adsense block (336 X 250 or 300 X 250) works good in general but your website layout might not suit this big block. Many blogger keeps on running hit and trial method and it takes them a while to understand what could be the best positioning to earn them maximum CTR (Click through rate). It is very important because position of your Google AdSense can make or break your success. Research reveals that most of the visitors always gets attracted towards specific section of any web pages. And if you do not bother to place ad in those positions you will not get clicks or you will get very fewer clicks.
